If CODEX is missing a published or publicly available NGS experiment, please let us know by submitting the form below.
Private/unpublished data
CODEX can hold unpublished data in a private domain, this data is then only available to specific users through logging in. This allows data integration and analysis with all public data held in CODEX. If you are interested in uploading and analysing your private NGS data through CODEX, please contact Prof. Bertie Göttgens (bg200@cam.ac.uk). All NGS data hosted on CODEX must be processed according to our pipeline and once published, will be transferred to the public domain of CODEX.
